Frequently Asked Questions

When should I make my reservation?

Usually 2-3 weeks in advance is preferred, but we will try to accommodate last minute requests if items are in stock. Earlier booking is recommended at holiday and vacation times to ensure that your items are available.

What about last minute orders?

We understand that emergencies do arise and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please call us at (928) 308-5425 if you have a last-minute need. Last minute orders may be subject to a $15 additional charge.

What is the delivery area, and is there a delivery charge?

Free delivery is provided to most areas in Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, and Dewey-Humboldt (the quad city area). There is a $50 minimum order for delivery to the Sedona/Cottonwood area and a delivery charge of $25. Delivery to Flagstaff has a $50 minimum order and a delivery charge of $45. We also offer a 10% discount for all items that are picked up at our storage facility in Prescott.

Airport Delivery: Free delivery and pick up at Prescott Airport is available for car seats.

Hotel Deliveries: For hotels in Prescott and Prescott Valley, delivery of items is free. Hotel deliveries in Sedona and Cottonwood will incur a $25 delivery fee and to Flagstaff will incur a $45 delivery fee.

When are items delivered?

Deliveries and pick ups are usually made between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm every day of the week. Please ask if you have a specific delivery request.

Can I pick up my items?

Items can be picked up at our climate controlled storage facility in Prescott. Items picked up there will receive a 10% discount.

Are your products sanitized and safety checked?

Each item is thoroughly safety checked after it is returned and then carefully laundered, cleaned, and sanitized. We check the recall status of our infant's and children's products weekly. All items that can be laundered are done so using only hypoallergenic detergent that is free of perfumes and dyes.

We select only items that have been certified by the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA) or the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

Where are the items stored?

Our items are stored in a climate controlled area to protect them from damage due to extremes in weather conditions.

Why do you ask for age and weight of the child?

We want to be sure to provide the age and weight appropriate items to ensure the safety and comfort of your child.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery day are subject to a charge of 50% of the full order, excluding any additional delivery charges. We do understand that emergencies occur, so we will make every effort to work with you on this matter.

Do you install car seats?

We do not install car seats or booster seats. All car seats and booster seats come with the manufacturer's instruction and installation manual. On our Links page you will find links to information on Arizona Car Seat laws and locations for authorized car seat installation stations.
